Matcha is a green tea that began in Japan. Over a thousand years prior, priests would taste on it to stay cool and caution during extended periods of time of sitting in contemplation practice.
In contrast to most different teas, the whole matcha leaf is expended in powder structure.
While matcha tea is served in most cafés nowadays, it's simple and less expensive to make it at home in under 5 minutes with just 3 fixings.
Is matcha better cold or hot? That truly relies upon you. Throughout the mid year, you might need to choose cold or matcha as it's warm outside. On the other hand, during the cooler months, you may lean toward warm matcha.
